I could use this bio to give you a run-of-the mill list of professional and academic accolades filled with corporate jargon. But that's not my style.
I don’t find that nearly as interesting as peeling back the curtain of who I am as a human being. (Don’t worry, though, I promise I’ll bring it back to how it applies to my work.)
Fun fact: When I was a child my parents had to encourage me NOT to make my bed or clean my room. Seriously odd, I know. There's a lot I could unpack there, but the point I'll stick with is my innate knack (or obsession) with organization, processes, and systems. I'm meticulous, tedious, yes, a bit neurotic, and prefer an above average dose of alone time.
At the same time, in elementary school my friends and I created a “Girl's Club” in which I proudly spearheaded a neighborhood fundraising carnival. At the ripe age of nine I cold called grocery stores and convinced one to give me a couple dozen free cakes for the cake walk. I'm bold, free-spirited, creative, multi-passionate, and love challenging status quos.
The past decade of my life has been a reconciliation of what has felt like seemingly contradictory aspects of myself. I’ve been on—and will forever continue to be on—a journey of self discovery and perpetual evolution. A journey of redefining what “success” means to me and gaining an appreciation that my unique blend of “me” is actually my greatest superpower.
My path has felt winding at times, yet the underpinning of my career has been working directly alongside small business owners and in startup environments transforming an idea in the sky to tangible physical and digital products, services, and programs.
I also had my own health coaching and personal training business years ago… so I intimately understand the challenges and overwhelm small business owners face when trying to juggle it all.
While my prior business was profitable, there was just one tiny problem: I didn’t really enjoy coaching or training people (yikes). Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t hate it, but what really fired me up was what most small business owners can’t stand: all the behind-the-scenes operations and management that keep the trains moving. Again, weird, I know.
With little direction I can break big ideas into manageable projects and tasks, knowing what needs to be done, by whom, and when.
Enter: Creech Collective. A beautiful merging of my interest and background in the health, wellness, and lifestyle space and LOVE of operations, business, and getting sh*t done.
More importantly, Creech Collective is a vessel for my creative expression and personal flair, allowing for new experiences and opportunities to flow in and out of my life with peace and ease. It’s a container to not only build a business I love, but also a vehicle in which to be a conscious creator of my life as a whole.

On my first day of 7th grade, I was interviewed for the yearbook and asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”
My answer: “Happy.”
Let’s get personal...
I love the outdoors, being active, and being barefoot as much as I can… in case my long hair and general appearance didn’t give that away.
My free time is consumed mostly by three hobbies: mountain biking, fly fishing, and snowboarding. If you asked Lauren, she’d tell you that calling them “hobbies” is an understatement–they’re more like obsessions.
Music is another big part of my life. I’m a staunch believer that if you listen closely, you can catch a life lesson or two in the lyrics of just about any Grateful Dead song. Yes, I’m one of “those” guys.
I also value mindfulness. For me, that’s simply striking a few yoga poses, doing some deep breathing, and meditating every day. I’ve also been known to take a plunge in some cold alpine lake/stream water.
Now for the professional stuff...
When it comes to work, I kind of (read: really intensely) despise the stuffy corporate environments where people are just a number and fill their 8+ hours accordingly. I spent the last decade of my life working in those environments and I’m incredibly grateful to no longer be a part of that system.
My preference is to work with purpose and dedication. I love having my mind and heart fully engaged in what I do. That’s where Creech Collective comes in.
I’m not a fan of “working for the man,” however, I’m so appreciative of my corporate experiences and the lessons I learned along the way.
I’ve worked in sales making 100+ cold calls a day, led a team of ten at a Starbucks inside of a Target (aka Tarbucks), and managed a mobile app testing tool with a multi-million dollar contract value for an entire mobile tech organization at a Fortune 50 financial institution.
If my resume was a map, I’d be worried you'd get lost. However, I find my dynamic professional background to be my biggest asset. I learned how to grind through a bad month of sales (I wasn’t very good at it so I had a lot of bad months). I’ve been yelled at by angry customers (yes, over a cup of coffee). And I’ve worked around the clock, taking naps in the office so I could triage and resolve critical tech outages in the middle of the night (not proud of it, but also not exaggerating).
All that to say, I’ll be the first one to tell you if I don’t know the answer and the first one to find it for you.
My parents always taught me that hard work, kindness, and empathy is a powerful combination and that’s how I approach my work... and my life.

And, of course, we’re obsessed with our dog.
Dexter
We’re not into fancy titles here at Creech Collective, but if we were, Dexter would surely be the Director of Good-Vibes (D.O.G.). His chief responsibility is keeping the morale high.
His professional experience is limited (okay nonexistent), although he did pass puppy training school… barely. He won’t contribute much on a call as he’ll probably be napping, but what he lacks in business acumen he makes up for in cuddles and fun times fetching his favorite stick.
We value alignment.
We’re looking to collaborate with others who value balance, disconnection for reconnection, and would be pumped to see the view from our camper while we’re working from the open road. We’re masters at execution and have fun doing it, but we also appreciate that there’s so much more to us (and life!) than what we do for work. If this sounds in alignment with you, we invite you to connect with us.
